Privacy Policy

BallRoute (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is developed by RamaPrint SH.P.K. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It is written to meet the Apple App Store and Google Play requirements. Contact: hello@ballroute.com. Last updated: 26 June 2026.

Summary

You can play offline without an account. We only collect what the app needs to run, save your progress if you sign in, show ads, process purchases, and improve the game.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data you provide

• Account: if you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your account identifier and (if available) your email. With Apple you may choose to hide your email.
• Public name: an optional name you set to appear on the in-app rankings. Your email is never shown publicly.
• Support messages: the email and message text you send us so we can reply.

Data created by using the app

• Game progress: levels, stars, coins, lives, owned ball skins, daily-challenge completions and your public name. When signed in, this is stored in Google Cloud Firestore so it syncs across your devices.
• Purchases: when you buy coins or Remove Ads, Apple processes the payment. We store the transaction id, product id and a completed flag to deliver your item and prevent double-crediting. We never receive your card or payment details.
• Notifications: if you allow notifications, we store a device push token and your language so we can send updates and challenge reminders. You can turn this off anytime in Settings.

Data collected automatically

• Analytics: anonymous, non-identifying gameplay events (for example “level completed”), plus app version, platform and language, to understand usage and improve the game.
• Diagnostics & device info: technical data such as device model, operating system and IP address may be processed by our providers (e.g. Firebase) to deliver and secure the service.
• Advertising identifiers: our ads partner may access an advertising identifier (e.g. Apple IDFA) and use Apple SKAdNetwork to measure ads. On iOS we ask for permission (App Tracking Transparency) before any tracking; if you decline, ads are still shown but are non-personalized.

How we use your data

To run and save your game; to show and measure ads; to process purchases and restore them; to send notifications you opted into; to provide support; to detect abuse and keep rankings fair; and to improve BallRoute.

Service providers we use

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Cloud Functions) — backend, sign-in, cloud save, notifications.
• Apple — Sign in with Apple and In-App Purchases.
• Google — Google Sign-In.
• Appodeal (and the ad networks it mediates) — advertising.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers above to operate the app, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Children

BallRoute is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

Cloud save and account data are kept while your account exists. Support messages and transaction records are kept as needed for support, accounting and fraud prevention. Anonymous analytics may be kept in aggregate.

Your rights & choices

• Delete your account in the app (Settings → Account) to remove your cloud save and rankings.
• Turn notifications on/off in Settings; manage tracking via iOS Settings.
• Request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hello@ballroute.com.

Depending on your region (e.g. EEA/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data.

Security & international transfers

We use reputable providers with industry-standard security. Data may be processed on servers outside your country; providers use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here and on our website with a new date.
