Last updated: 2026. This page explains, in plain language, what BallRoute collects and how it is used. This is general information, not legal advice.

Who we are

BallRoute (“the app”) is developed by RamaPrint SH.P.K. Contact: hello@ballroute.com.

Account & sign-in

Playing offline requires no account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we use Firebase Authentication to identify your account so progress can be saved to the cloud.

Cloud save

When signed in, your game progress (levels, stars, coins, lives, owned ball skins, challenge completions and your public name) is stored in Google Cloud Firestore so it can sync across devices.

Public name

If you compete on the in-app rankings, only your public name and game stats are shown to other players in the app. Your email is never shown publicly. You can change your public name in the app at any time.

Support messages

If you contact support, we store your message and the email you provide so we can reply.

Push notifications

If you enable notifications, we store a device push token (and your language) to send updates and challenge reminders. You can disable them anytime in Settings.

Analytics

We may record anonymous, non-personal gameplay events (e.g. level completed) to improve the game. These are not used to identify you.

Advertising & purchases

The app may show ads (including optional rewarded ads). If in-app purchases are added later, they are processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your payment details.

Data deletion

  • You can delete your account from inside the app, which removes your cloud save and rankings.
  • You can email hello@ballroute.com for any data access or deletion request.

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here.
