The game

BallRoute is a puzzle game where you rotate arrows, drop the ball and reach the exit, developed by RamaPrint SH.P.K.

Your progress & cloud save

Progress is saved on your device and, if you sign in, to the cloud. We aim to keep cloud save reliable but cannot guarantee it will never be lost.

Fair play

• Do not cheat, exploit, or manipulate scores or rankings.
• Do not use automated tools to submit results.
• Choose a public name that is not offensive or impersonating others.
• We may remove entries or accounts that violate fair play.

Ads & rewarded ads

The app may show ads, including optional rewarded ads you can watch to earn hints or lives. Watching is always your choice.

In-app purchases

If purchases (e.g. coin packs) are offered, they are handled by Apple or Google and subject to their terms. Virtual items have no real-world cash value.

Account deletion & support

You can delete your account in the app, or contact hello@ballroute.com for help or data requests.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
