Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of BallRoute, developed by RamaPrint SH.P.K. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you use the app through the Apple App Store, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Contact: hello@ballroute.com. Last updated: 26 June 2026.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BallRoute for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the app store rules.

Your account & cloud save

Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and lets us save your progress to the cloud. You are responsible for your account. We aim to keep cloud save reliable but cannot guarantee it will never be lost.

Fair play

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores, coins or rankings.
• Do not use bots or automated tools.
• Choose a public name that is not offensive and does not impersonate others.

We may remove entries, reset progress, or close accounts that break these rules.

Virtual items & currency

Coins, lives, ball skins and similar items are a limited license to use in-app features. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable. Except where the law or the app store requires, purchases of virtual items are non-refundable.

In-app purchases

Coin packs and Remove Ads are sold through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple’s terms. Prices are shown in the app from the store. “Remove Ads” is a one-time non-consumable that disables ads and grants one free hint per level; you can restore it on your devices.

Advertising

The app may show ads, including optional rewarded ads you choose to watch to earn a hint. Watching is always your choice.

Intellectual property

BallRoute, its design, code, graphics and the BallRoute name are owned by RamaPrint SH.P.K and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the app except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RamaPrint SH.P.K is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or progress, arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local consumer law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
